Posture and Structure

There is a lot of debate amongst practitioners about where your little finger should be in relation to your big toe when breathing out during a full moon in the year of the rooster. This sort of nonsense has no place here. Instead of sinking into the quagmire of scholarly detail, we are going to focus on the essentials that make sense to a 21st century practitioner - a practitioner that has better things to do than geometrically work out the correct angle of your eyebrow before moving. Watch, absorb and adapt.
